Selion AI stands behind the systems we build. For new clients on any active plan, we offer the following guarantee:

If your AI automation system does not generate 10 or more booked sales calls within your first 30 days of activation, you will not be charged for that month.

We offer this guarantee because we are confident in what we build. However, like any tool, results depend on how it is used. Please read the conditions below carefully.

What Qualifies as a Booked Sales Call

A booked sales call is defined as a confirmed appointment scheduled on your designated calendar through the Selion AI system. No-shows, cancellations, and duplicate bookings from the same contact do not count toward the 10 call threshold. The lead must be a unique contact who has not previously booked through your system.

Guarantee Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for the performance guarantee, the following conditions must be met during the 30 day evaluation period:

Active lead flow is required. Selion AI builds and manages automation systems that qualify, follow up with, and convert inbound leads. We do not generate leads on your behalf. You must have an active source of inbound inquiries during the guarantee period - whether through paid advertising, organic outreach, referrals, or other marketing activity - with a minimum of 100 new leads entering your system within the first 30 days.

Full onboarding must be completed. The 30 day guarantee clock does not begin until your system is fully built, tested, and activated. Delays caused by incomplete onboarding information, unavailable calendars, or client-side setup issues will push the start date accordingly.

Your calendar must remain open. Your booking calendar must be active, available, and accepting appointments for the full 30 day period. If your calendar is paused, blocked, or unavailable for any portion of the guarantee window, the guarantee is voided for that period.

The system must remain unmodified. Any client-initiated changes to the automation workflows, voice agent scripts, or CRM pipelines during the evaluation period void the guarantee. If you request modifications, a new 30 day evaluation window begins upon reactivation.

The guarantee applies to the first month only. This performance guarantee is offered for the initial 30 days following system activation. It does not roll over or reset in subsequent months.

The Gym Principle

Our automation system is a managed service, not a lead generation service. Think of it like a gym membership. The equipment is built, maintained, and ready for you. If you do not show up, the results will reflect that. Selion AI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from insufficient lead volume, paused marketing activity, or client inaction during the guarantee period.

Refund Policy

Selion AI offers month-to-month service agreements with no long-term contracts. The following refund terms apply:

Setup fees are non-refundable. Any one-time buildout or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable after the 5th of the billing month. If you wish to cancel, you must notify Selion AI in writing before the 5th of the current billing month to avoid being charged for the following month.

Performance guarantee refunds. If you meet all eligibility conditions above and your system does not produce 10 booked calls in your first 30 days, your first month retainer fee will be credited or refunded in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days following the end of the guarantee period with documentation of lead volume during that period.

No refunds for underperformance due to ineligibility. If the guarantee conditions above are not met, including insufficient lead volume, incomplete onboarding, or calendar unavailability, then no refund will be issued.

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Guarantee Claim" within 7 days of your 30 day activation period ending. Include your name, business name, and a summary of lead volume during the period. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Selion AI reserves the right to modify this guarantee and refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and communicated to active clients via email.
